Being, Not Creating Health, Fitness, And Wellbeing

If I say to you just be health, just be fitness, just be wellbeing, and abundance, what happens?

If you are searching for health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance instead of realizing you are it, then you are creating the assumption that because you are not experiencing it; it is something outside of yourself that has to be found.

I want to repeat this, because this is where most go wrong. If you are searching outside of your –“Self” for any –“Thing”, you will not find it, because you are it. It is as if to see a person looking all around for something, and you ask, dear friend what are you looking for that has you in such a tither” and they say “I am looking for my keys” while all along they have them in their hand. If they continue to focus their attention outside of themselves, they will never realize the keys in their hand.

And so, it is through attention that you will stay in delusion or realize your True Nature. It is through attention that you will either create the concept that health; fitness, wellbeing, and abundance are outside of your True Nature or realize that you are health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance.

This common delusion, (as Mr. Landers my high school algebra teacher would tell me), “Is so simple, it’s slippery”. If this is as easy as I say it is, why can you not realize that you are the health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance? It is because you as Consciousness are creating a concept of a person or identity as someone who is still looking instead of Being.

This is being done only out of habit. The delusional mind is a concept of an identity, which is attached to other chronic thoughts, and beliefs. We call this the ego, self-image, and personality.

Most all of us set intentions to become healthy, fit, and experience wellbeing, and abundance. Setting intentions is all well and good, however, when seen from a higher level it can cause friction in the ego / self -image.

As I enjoy breaking words apart, let’s do this with “Intention”. According to Merriam-Webster the definition of Intention is, an aim or purpose. We have heard the saying “Best Intentions”. “It is my best intention to become healthy and fit”. Most of the time these best intentions are nothing more than verbalizing a wish. As if to say “I wish I could become healthy and fit”. In many instances once the intention is verbalized it is just as quickly forgotten.

What if you do focus your attention on an intention? Now you give it power. What is this power? Why, it is you as Beingness itself. You are believing the intention into existence, through thoughts, words, and deeds. You are being-alive, (be-live-ing) in the intention through attention.

In a very true sense you are being health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance. It no longer is something outside of you that you are looking for or trying to create.

However, where most go astray is by letting their attention wander into old habits of doubt, worry, and fear such as “what if I can’t do it, or I don’t believe I am healthy, because my body is sick, over-weight”, and the like.

All this attention to these concepts causes the ego to suffer thoughts of its existence. The intention has now become associated with tension, or resistance.

The original intention of health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance, when fully focused attention is directed to it, feels effortless. There is a sense of calm and feeling of “It is already done”. When once it seemed too hard, now it is replaced with ease and motivation.

However, when attention is moved to thoughts of the ego / delusional mind, it creates a conflict and tension. The ease and motivation seems to leave you, and you are left wondering why you can’t stay true to your original intension of health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance?

The deeper realization is because you believe health; fitness, wellbeing, and abundance are something outside of your-self that must be achieved through effort. The truth is you are this that you are looking for. This is why it is said to go within, do not look outside of yourself.

What you already are is not discovered outside of your-“Self”. No matter what you think you need to find or create to be happy, healthy, fit, and enjoy wellbeing, and abundance will not be found outside of your true Nature.

Even in the statement, “what you already are, is not discovered outside of your-Self”, can cause confusion. Most will begin to create a concept of the “Self”, as some –“Thing” that needs to be discovered. In fact, what is being pointed to is Consciousness or Beingness cannot be discovered outside or as some “Thing” different from that which you already are.

This is not meant to confuse you as much as point you to realizing what you are. It is meant to push the delusional mind beyond its capabilities of conception, until it surrenders.

Let go of your concepts and beliefs that health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance are to be achieved through force, and just be this through focused attention. Be health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance not through forced thoughts, words, and deeds, but through Beingness itself.

You already are that which you are so desperately searching for outside of your –“Self”.
