Your Wellbeing Lives In The Stillness

So much of the time we are speaking to health and fitness. Let us now give our attention to what is referred to as wellbeing.

When we think about health and fitness it is directed to the body and the condition of its physical state. Is the body healthy, and is it fit? We look to see if there is any dysfunction, illness, or disease. Then we test the body’s condition of stability, strength, power, balance, speed, agility, and flexibility. These physical attributes are referred to as Bio-motor abilities. Based on these subjective and objective attributes we then can determine the levels of health and fitness.

I feel it is important to distinguish that it is the body we are determining, and not if you, “Consciousness” itself is healthy and fit, or unhealthy and unfit.

We say the mind and body are instruments of expression and experience. They are not you. You are “Life” itself and are beyond any low or high levels of health and fitness, or illness and disease.

So then what is wellbeing. For most it is a concept of a state of feeling good or well, about your identity. It would support feelings of safety and security, peacefulness, and confidence in ones-self. However, I would humbly point out that this is all based on the self -image you hold of yourself. The challenge is, the moment a difficulty presents itself in your life experience, the state of wellbeing falls away.

True wellbeing is always present whether there are challenges or not. Wellbeing is not affected by life’s conditions, and is not based on a self-identity or the person you think you are.

By changing the word around we could say “Beingness Is Wellness”. This now tells us that our true Nature, which is Beingness, is wellness. They are not separate and wellness is not an attribute of Beingness but instead is the same. Wellness is Beingness as Beingness is Wellness. There is no separateness, no duality, and since Beingness is always present and eternal, so is wellness.

With deeper awareness it becomes self-evident that you are Beingness itself, and you are wellness.

Now here comes the physical aspect of all this. With this deeper awareness or realization of your True Nature, wellness abounds, the mind becomes quiet, and the body begins to express this quietness and wellbeing.

We consistently say that the body is a servant to the mind. This tells us that whatever the mind holds as a self-image, (and its contents of beliefs) it will create conditions in the body to manifest along those lines. The body will manifest whatever is most appropriate and available to create an expression of those beliefs.

With true Wellbeing there is only wellness, and so with the mind being still there are less and less attachments to beliefs and concepts to manifest. This then creates an environment for the body to express wellness. This wellness manifests in the physical state of health and fitness.

This is why we say Spirit, Mind and Body, because this is the hierarchy of existence and it the blueprint and directions to life itself expressing and experiencing as its perfection.

There is a saying when a person is doing something backwards trying to get a result. It is said, “ The tail is wagging the Dog”. If we are trying to create health and fitness by conditioning the body, (which is the lowest and slowest form of our existence), it takes longer and will contain resistance from the self-image and its beliefs.

Life itself, Beingness, is wellness. For wellness to manifest in the mind and body without resistance, the self-image, or identity with a self-image should be joyfully let go.

In the absence of a delusional self-image or ego, there is only Beingness, and wellbeing. In the absence of physical pain, dysfunction, illness, and disease, there is health, and fitness.

The time is now, not sometime in the future for you to create health and wellness. See this moment as the critical point of changing your life around.

Do you want to be healthy, fit, and enjoy a deep sense of wellbeing and abundance? Then let go of every idea and attachment to the contrary.

You are now ready to change your life experience. You are now ready to begin enjoying health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance.

It takes one simple step, you just have to ask.

I wish for you a Vibrant Life.

Take Good Care, Dave.
