It is said from time to time that “It is not that I don’t care, it is that I don’t mind.” When it is used in the English language and coming from the person or ego there is a basic explanation that not minding has a softer feeling to it, while not caring has a colder meaning.
Two Keys To Health. We take a lot for granted when it comes to our bodies. We ignore the signs and symptoms of illness and disease, thinking that the body is going to take care of it.
Sadly we don’t want to take responsibility for our bodies, and so just go about choking down all manner of what are labeled as foods, yet in actuality are toxic to our bodies.
It feels like the most terrible thing to lose everything. We of course use that phrase incorrectly, to get across how emotionally devastating a situation is.
It may happen that we lose our jobs, or our homes are destroyed by fire, flood, or earthquakes, our money is gone, or we lose a loved one to divorce, or death.
Change is constant.
You are not the changing experience you are what witness’s the change without attachment or meaning.
Autumn is upon us and everywhere there are signs of the changing season. Here in Southern Oregon, it happened overnight. One day I was speaking to a client, as we looked out over the trees which were still green and the next day several trees right in front of the studio turned yellow and red. It was as if they needed to be reminded of the season change and their part to play.
You are getting in your own way. Have you ever felt like that? You keep putting up walls around you and you feel more and more isolated.
What are these walls? They are nothing but thoughts of lack and resistance. They may have more of a story to them, such as I can’t find someone to love me, or I try but I always fail. It does not matter what the story is, it always come back to the original source of not feeling whole or complete, or in another word Loved.
So much of the time we are speaking to health and fitness. Let us now give our attention to what is referred to as wellbeing.
When we think about health and fitness it is directed to the body and the condition of its physical state. Is the body healthy, and is it fit? We look to see if there is any dysfunction, illness, or disease. Then we test the body’s condition of stability, strength, power, balance, speed, agility, and flexibility. These physical attributes are referred to as Bio-motor abilities. Based on these subjective and objective attributes we then can determine the levels of health and fitness.
Let’s continue on with part two of Adrenal Fatigue, Parasites, and Fungus.
I am going to put this in more of an outline form so you can have some practical guidelines to follow.
Please understand that health, fitness, and well-being are a simple matter of living in harmony with nature.
What we want to discuss in this blog is healing the body of chronic health issues caused by adrenal dysfunction, fungus, and parasites.
Are you still choosing to be affected by the circumstances of your life experiences? Not only the physical aspects, (the phenomenal aspects of your day-to-day life), but, even more importantly the thoughts you are having. Your thoughts are still circumstances.
You are right now flowing your whole life force into a mind and body. How does that feel for you?
It is a different way of looking at who you think you are isn’t it? It points you to another feeling that you are the mind or body, but it is you who are giving life to them.
Yet, the experience will most probably dissolve into you thinking you are a person again. You’re not though. You are a spirit, giving life to the instruments of mind and body.
This is all done so that you as Beingness can experience itself in form.
Let’s begin again. You, (your higher “Self” that is reading all this is the eternal part of you, and is optimum health, fitness, and wellbeing.
When I say “is” it means the higher Self or Beingness in its natural state is optimum health, fitness, and wellbeing.
The delusional mind will then ask, “ Well, if that is true, and I am always the higher – Self then why am I dealing health issues, weight issues, poor fitness, or injuries, and not feeling any sense of well-being?”
