Two Keys To Health. We take a lot for granted when it comes to our bodies. We ignore the signs and symptoms of illness and disease, thinking that the body is going to take care of it.

Sadly we don’t want to take responsibility for our bodies, and so just go about choking down all manner of what are labeled as foods, yet in actuality are toxic to our bodies.

When All Is Lost

It feels like the most terrible thing to lose everything. We of course use that phrase incorrectly, to get across how emotionally devastating a situation is.

It may happen that we lose our jobs, or our homes are destroyed by fire, flood, or earthquakes, our money is gone, or we lose a loved one to divorce, or death.

The Leaves Are Changing, The Tree Does Not Weep

Change is constant.

You are not the changing experience you are what witness’s the change without attachment or meaning.

Autumn is upon us and everywhere there are signs of the changing season. Here in Southern Oregon, it happened overnight. One day I was speaking to a client, as we looked out over the trees which were still green and the next day several trees right in front of the studio turned yellow and red. There Is No Body Without You

You are right now flowing your whole life force into a mind and body. How does that feel for you?

It is a different way of looking at who you think you are isn’t it? It points you to another feeling that you are the mind or body, but it is you who are giving life to them.

Yet, the experience will most probably dissolve into you thinking you are a person again. You’re not though. You are a spirit, giving life to the instruments of mind and body.

You Are Already Healthy, Fit, & Well

Let’s begin again. You, (your higher “Self” that is reading all this is the eternal part of you, and is optimum health, fitness, and wellbeing.

When I say “is” it means the higher Self or Beingness in its natural state is optimum health, fitness, and wellbeing.

The delusional mind will then ask, “ Well, if that is true, and I am always the higher – Self then why am I dealing health issues, weight issues, poor fitness, or injuries, and not feeling any sense of well-being?”
