Are You Leaking Energy?

You have all heard about whether a home is energy efficient. You can have someone come to your home and check it for leaks in which the home is leaking heat. You will be told about energy efficient appliances, and ways to create a more energy saving home.

It is no different that with the Spirit Mind and Body. Let us take this time and speak about you as an integrated being and whether you are leaking precious energy, or if you are absorbing and containing energy, and using it efficiently.

By the way, this is just what is done when working with clients. First we need to understand that the Spirit or Consciousness is the energy, along with thoughts, breath, hydration, food, exercise, and sleep. Each one of the 6 Components in the Easy Health formula is an input of vital energy if done correctly, however can also be a leak if done incorrectly.

We all would admit we want more energy. Most often we feel tired fatigued, rundown or even exhausted. We move towards stimulants such as caffeine, sugar, and refined carbohydrates, as some sort of pick-me-up. The challenge is this doesn’t work. It only causes more leaking of our energy.

If you are always thinking, especially about concerns and negative issues, you are leaking a great deal of energy. We have spoken about thoughts in detail. We can create with our thoughts. Thoughts if given consistent attention will become beliefs, and begin to manifest in the life experience. If these thoughts are based in lack, and fear, they will leak even more energy. On the other hand when thoughts are based in wholeness, and peace they can produce and store more energy.

Breathing is the same as are the other four components. When you breathe fully and diaphragmatically you are energizing the body. However, when the breath is shallow, inverted, only in the chest, or as a mouth breather, this will create a leak of energy.

If you are not fully hydrated, the cells cannot perform at the optimum levels, and so energy production will be down, and also leak.

Food can be a huge leak of energy. We all think that as long as we eat something we are taking in calories, which then is used to produce energy. What most do not realize is that digestion demands a great deal of energy to digest the food you are taking in. If you are eating low quality food, it may be high in calories, however very low in nutritional value.

When you consume food of low nutritional value, the body cannot produce enough energy from it. This has a double effect. You are using a great deal of energy to digest the low quality food, and not getting enough out of it so in reality you are in a deficit. As an example, if you eat 600 calories of low nutritional food, and the body uses 680 calories to digest it, you are now 80 calories lower than before you even ate. No wonder you want to keep eating.

Exercise seems to be an obvious one because we always seem more fatigued after we work out because we are expending energy. However lack of exercise decreases our metabolism and makes it harder for the body to work optimally. Yet there are ways of working in that bring energy into the body. There is something else. When we exercise correctly, it stimulates the body adjust to the load, and so it raises our metabolism, and builds muscle. Both of which increase our energy.

Sleep is our final component in The Easy Health Formula. Most folks grasp the concept of needing sleep when they are tired. Yet, most truly don’t realize how critical sleep is for allowing the body to heal and rebuild. When we don’t get enough sleep or get poor quality sleep we are leaking energy. Not only that, but we go into the next day in a deficit. This deficit is compounded every time the body doesn’t get enough restful sleep.

Sadly this is the way most folks live their life experience. That statement, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” will actually bring death a whole bunch sooner. This is true for all the components we have just spoken of. If you continue to leak energy through poor lifestyle habits, the body is in a deficit. This leads to illness and disease.

If the body doesn’t have the energy to heal itself, what other choice is there?

There are two paths, health and wellness, or illness and disease. There is not other way for the body.

There is no need to be leaking energy. Now you might say, “ Well, how do I know if I am leaking energy”. The first way is to make sure you are following the Easy Health Formula. This is just like getting energy efficient appliances, and putting weather stripping around doors and window. It stops the leaks. Not only that the 6 components in the Easy Health formula create high levels of energy the body can now store and uses efficiently.

Secondly, become aware of how you actually feel throughout your day. How do you feel after sleeping, and eating? You should have more energy than before you started. Are you breathing well, and drinking enough water? Take the time and recognize your breathing pattern, and how much water you are drinking. Observe the thoughts you are experiencing throughout the day, are they joyful and peaceful, or are you filled with worry, judgment, and pessimism. How is your body feeling? Does it feel strong and fit or are you dealing with joint and muscle pain and weakness?

Becoming aware is the most crucial step to your healing.

Do you want to be healthy, fit, and enjoy a deep sense of wellbeing and abundance, then let go of every idea, and attachment to the contrary.

Are you ready to change your life experience? Are you ready to begin enjoying health, fitness, wellbeing, and abundance?

If so, I want to help you.

It takes one simple step. You just have to ask.

I wih for you a Vibrant Life.

Take Good care, Dave.
